the wii hate on this board is hillarious

The Wii has had a great year thus far, with better games than the 360 and about even with the PS3, but in every topic about these games, people desperately try to find some way to play it down.

Except, none of the games released this year for the Wii interest me at all :|

I'd rather have the Empire Total War from the PC, Infamous from the PS3 or the Lost and Damned from the 360 than anything the Wii has come out with so far this year. And I'm not even a Wii hater.

dragonball z t3
smash bros brawl
mario party 8* traded to ebgames in a week boring

*gonna get punch out later next week
*maybe madworld but no intrested in that either
other then that no games intrest me my wii is just collecting dust

I find most of the illogical hate to be quite entertaining.

All I can say is that the recent Wii outburst have taught me one thing...

System Wars..... is System Wars, nothing more. There will be ppl who say the Wi has no game and its a toy while the 360 and PS3 are gaming machines just for the hell of it, then there are ppl who have justified hate such as the systems library just doesnt suit them.

i must agree, so many people say its so awesome, its defently one of top-wish list games , sadly they are way to many good games coming this year, so im not sure if im gone buy all, and i still have some to buy from past years

What I love most is that after the hate it got for a lacklustre E3 last year and the subsequent "drought" it went through, its finally getting some quality, highly rated games and fanboys, who live and die by the hype and scores of games on their systems suddenly say "Well, ITS A SHAME THAT NONE OF THOSE GAMES INTEREST ME AT ALL IN THE SLIGHTEST EVER THE WII IS STILL CRAP". Funny, that.

Personally, I think you're missing a number of great Wii games:

Super Mario Galaxy
de Blob
Boom Blox
PES '08 or '09

I own all, have spent a ton of time enjoying them all. Plenty more to get, but I try to avoid hyping games I haven't played extensively myself [and own].

All are excellent titles ... and there's plenty of WiiWare + VC titles to fill your time.

I mean really ... you have a Wii, complain of games, and don't have SMG? And bought Mario Party instead?

I actually haven't had the time for all of the wii's games this year, lots of nice exclusives :)

Your comparing very different fighters. Its like saying MVC2 is better then SF4 when both play differently. TVC is basicly MVC with T characters. SO if your going to compare do it correctly.
