The Wii is going to have one h*k of a Holiday Season

If Nintendo can resolve the Wii shortages (6 months later and demand is STILL exceeding supply!) before the upcoming holiday season and supply stores with a *load of Wiis I am absolutely sure the Wii will break records. With Mario, Super Smash Brothers, and Metroid all coming out in the 4th quarter and with the $250 price tag who can resist? Not even Wii-haters can resist a console at that price.

This holiday:

Canada,Mexico, and the US will eat up Wiis

Europe will eat up Wiis

Australia will (I hope) eat up Wiis

Japan will most definitely eat up Wiis

South America to a lesser extent (Wii is overpriced down there)

As much as I love Mario/Metroid/Brawl, I think title like Wii Music and Wii health are going to be the biggest sellers for the Wii this Holliday season.

If Nintendo could ready a Wii Sports 2 w/online play by the Holidays, wow, sales would go through the roof.  

I already bought one and sold it. Controller bored me, games seemed like they were made for people who never played games before or for 10 year olds.

So yes I can easily resist buying one again.

I get it, Wii sales... Waii sales... Wii sales... Wii sales. It's selling insanely well.

I don't give a damn about sales though, after all - none of these companies pay me. Just give me some actual good Wii games, it's been a long, long while already. I'm still friggin' waiting, honestly.

I hope Nintendo sells a crazy amount, it'd be good to see a game company I grew up loving make a good buck, I just care more about the games they give me than ther sales numbers (and up to this point, the Wii is severly lacking in the games department.)
