The Wii is the greatest system ever made!

I cannot understand all the "Wii hate" floating around. The Wii has a great library full of exciting and in-depth games. It is, after all, for all ages.

With quality titles like Trauma Center and SSX Blur, how can a gamer go wrong?

IMO, the PS3 and 360 have nothing on the Wii right now. The Wii is the true winner of the console war.

Sorry, but Wii is dragging itself along. It just isn't up to par with the PS3 or the 360.NAPK1NS

The 360s line up totally dominates the Wii's and the PS3s, i would say that the Wii is better than the PS3 though, mainly for the fact that if you have a 360, you can basically get what is offered on the PS3, as of now, the PS3 doesnt have any strong exclusives

I like the labels, it makes the arguments a lot less personal, like cartoon violence.

The Wii is hardly the greatest system ever made. It has a lot to prove, and im sure it will have its fantastic titles - but the PS3 and 360 both have great titles. Haziqonfire

My beef with Xbox360 and PS3 is just the fact they never really tried anything new to fundamentally changed gamepaly.. For all that I have seen they are just a upgrade of their past systems With more powerful hardware. Nintendo went out on a limb and did something that was ocmpletely experimental risking billions to do it..

Now I am not saying Xbox360 and PS3 are worse, but I do think the market would be best if the Wii won in sales because it would give Microsoft and Sony the hint if they want to be successful they actually need to innovate their system.

IDK what funny ideas you have in the industry.. But there is something called DEVOLPMENT and research.. These costs uncountable amounts of money before the product is even made.. They risked all that on a experimental never really used before technology.. If the system didn't sell well at all they would lose money regardless if they MAKE money from every system they sell.. They still have to pass a point to actually gain profit from the numerous costs it took to dev it.

Microsoft and Sony are adding things to improve gameplay, but in a different area - more powerful hardware increases physics, ai, and allows developers to do much more (more characters on screen at once for example.)

Wii is changing how we play games, by bringing using a new technology in the controller - the other two are making more powerful hardware for other things, like bumping up graphics, ai, physics, etc.

Yeah and lets not forget the billions sony and m$ has put into their new consoles. They also didn't just upgrade their last console, that would be Nintendo with a new controller. Sony and M$ made their's more powerful so that it could do more things and also give devs. more to play with to make bigger and better games.
