The world doesnt work that way. A=B doesnt mean a=b. Led___ZeppelinWii is dominating is sales like the DS so apparantly in this case it does ;)

"The PS2 isn't as advanced at the XBOX, thats the reason why it will fail."
Yeah. I remember people who used to say that. It's called an "illogical statement".
THE diffence between the wii to ps3,360 is much bigger than ps2 to xbox in fact wii can't run oblivion or UT3. =([QUOTE="Maelkav"][QUOTE="palaric8"]Wii isn't next gen, thats the reason wii will fail palaric8

Hmmm. Again, there were a lot of games the PS2 couldn't run. Take your Wii flaming elsewhere. "next-gen" is an overused term that people like you enjoy throwing around because it makes you feel superior. Congrats.

see gow II. tell me a wii game arleady released that look better than that. you can't PS2 = 6 Year old system Wii = 6 month old system We know the Wii isn't a massive upgrade over the previous gen but it's barely even got started with it's good looking games.[QUOTE="Maelkav"][QUOTE="palaric8"]Wii isn't next gen, thats the reason wii will fail palaric8

PS3 or 360 couldn't run Wario Ware: Smooth Moves.  360 has no motion censing, PS3 doesnt have good motion censing. They'd have to DOWNGRADE the game to make it adaptable to a normal controller. Just like Wii would be able to run oblivion if they downagraded the graphics.Â
I disagree Natato, because the same franticly fun gameplay was ORIGINALY done on the GBA. GBA has LESS buttons than a 360 or PS3. Motion sensingh isn't neccesary for a fun WarioWare experience.pyoob
Were not talking about the GBA version, we're talking about Wario Ware: SMooth Moves, the exact game, not just any old Wario Ware. PS3 or 360 couldn't run it without downgrading the game. It'd be a A game if it came out on PS3 or 360. Period.Â
Â
But what about the fact that the handheld market and the console market are made up of completely different demographics for the most part?
People who buy handhelds and handheld games are mostly different people than who buy consoles and console games.Â
[QUOTE="foxhound_fox"]Wow... even I am getting sick of these "Wii will win" threads.Teh_StevzMaybe we need to find something else to argue about... Like Greggs Vs Krispy Kreme Doughnuts. well krispy's better but greggs is cheaper, but that doesnt matter i only go to greggs for the sandwiches. :)

The gameplay in any WarioWare game has the same principles. Sure, a 360 can't have you make a swinging motion with a sword, but it can make you franticaly try to complete microgames that get fast er as you go. The exact same principles of gameplay can work on any system in the case of WarioWare.
The world doesnt work that way. A=B doesnt mean a=b. Led___Zeppelini know what you're trying to say, but really now, litrally speaking A=B DOES mean a=b :? you should say something like 10 + 20 doesn't equel 1 + 2, but a=b DOES mean a=b

Same pinciples of Oblivion would be the same if they made a downgraded graphics version for the Wii. You do the exact same things, but with not as good graphics, thus hurting experience. WWSM would be the same principles, but with no motion censing, thus hurting the experience.Â
Face it WWSM will always be better on Wii, Oblivion will always be better on PS3/360. Don't be sore just becasue some games are just plain better on the Wii.

Excellent post, you know what I noticed about these Wii haters, they have no grounds for hating the Wii, all they say is, "Wii is a last gen console" or Nintendo is kiddy, and ..."GEARS OF WAR!!!!!1 graphics own" Honestly, i love the Wii but imma try to tell you my SERIOUS problems with the Wii, I can't find it in any store, A portion of the games are rushed ports and that is it,The things people expect from consoles are different from the things they expect from handhelds.
handhelds don't really need to have good graphics, they can be horrible actually and be just fine.
But people expect consoles to have cutting edge technology. They want good visuals, and sound, and they expect that from a new console.
also, handhelds don't really need media features to be succesful.
nowadays, people want a good amount of media features, to add value to thier purchase.Â

Could've fooled me. PSP keeps telling us that it is superior to the DS because of this exact reason.

Mmmm, not really. People want a good amount of value to add value to their purchase. "Value" is a fluid term that shifts and changes depending on what the market wants. If that was true, PS3 would be the top seller....
