True. AVP was huge and a short game for its size. Nonetheless, I expect The Witcher 2 to be a huge game.

Because they were console ports. Look at the force unleashed - 15GB installation, 20GB installed.
so we can assume a year after its release they will release a patch that fixes all the graphical problems, programing problems...etc and it will weigh in installed at like 24 gigs?

WItcher EE is 14.5gb on my hard drive.
Mines only 12.9. What are they hiding from me!?:cry:
EE had tons of different language voices. I only installed English and Polish (and German I think). If you just do recommended install, you install every language.

The install size is irrelevent in terms of what we can expect the game to be like. The important thing is that they focused on releasing the PC version first and then eventually porting the game/butchering it for consoles. Wish Crytek had done what they are doing.

maybe not better looking, but it could still mean it is a big game. Of course, a lot of those spaces in TW2 will be foreign languages dubs I think. and a crap load of extras like the soundtrack and making of the game.
