I don't really understand how Infinity Ward and EA can even be in the same convo with those other ones. Sure...you may think MW2 is broken, but overall its still a good compared to the others list which are all boring, bland and almost unplayable. Also I think MOH will be atleast a decent game probably an 8.5.
Why Infinity Ward, and not Treyarch? Their games are a lot worse than IW's. CoD 3, and WaW were both lameness. Anyway, out of those options, definitely Midway.
My vote goes to Midway...even though I only played the demo and not the actual game, it was basically enough for me to turn off my 360 and go to sleep, disgusted with myself. Also, Turning Point was pretty craptacular as well...it should get an "honorable" mention :P.

hour victory wasnt done by midway. it was done by a studio called n-fusion. and im going to say haze. first multi plat I think. then ps3/pc. then just the ps3. then when the pictures of haze was shown is what suppose to the crysis killer. then when I play the demo it looks like nothing like those bullshots. cmon free radical. I thought your better than that. a little skeptical for multi-player for crysis 2 till I see some vids

IW also has CoD 1, 2, and 4, and they're all great games. MW2 is the only one that failed because it was a copy pasta.
Worst FPS that I've played was Turning Point: Fall of Liberty, when a friend rented it. He invited me over to his place to bask in it's ****iness. I think the devs were 'Spark Unlimited'.
Other-Cauldron Ltd. They made History Channel: Battle for the Pacific and Civil War (I enjoyed CW but it's a mediocre average). How dare you put IW on there
This poll is stupid. Infinity Ward? Really? You put the developer of the best selling game this gen on this poll and not the guys who made crap like The Conduit or Haze? Talk about limited pool of reference...

Midway didn't develop Hour of Victory though. They just published. Ah. So more problems with that list :x. Ok, so NFusion are the worst FPS developers this generation.
The Conduit is still heaps better than the many crappy Wii ports of games like CoD (although the most recent one supposedly is good) and Far Cry, so I wouldn't call High Voltage the worst by a long shot.
