What exactly can the xbox add to their next system: wireless internet, blu-ray, blue tooth, built in batteries for the controller, internet web browser

all of these are features are already on the PS3 so what could Microsoft add other than games???/:)

It will be fine don't worry. They will have enough money to make a good system with less problems this time. Trust me give MS a chance their trying to still weave their way into the market.

What exactly can ANY of the current gen systems add to next gen systems? What a silly question. If they are going to be competitive next gen, I would assume they ALL have to make their new gen systems look worth buying over the previous gen's systems.

Congratulations are in order for working this out. Of course the Xbox 360 is screwed for next-gen.

It's a current generation console.

No offense guy but I think you need to read some of the first few posts in this thread. You need to realize how the videogame business works. EvERY company has to improve their previous systems if they want to be compeititve each gen.

While I see exactly what you mean, by the time next-gen gets here, there will be all kinds of advances in technology we dont have now. Who would have guessed when the PS2 launched that there would be HDMI ports, WiFi, media card slots, and Blu Tooth? Trust me, by the time next-gen gets here, there will be enough to add on to make a "new" console, lol.

I agree because the hardware in the PS2 at the time it was released was the latest hardware at the time. Now the PS3 has the very latest hardware and some of this hardware is released even before the PC had it (and the cell could be the next processor in new PC's at a later date).
