Update: (May 03, 2021) Today, we released our largest drop of games featuring FPS Boost to date, bringing the total titles boosted to 97, many of which are included in Xbox Game Pass and EA Play (included with an Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription).

There are now 97 titles on the Xbox Series X/S that support FPS Boost. Meanwhile, Sony cant even figure out how to get the PS5 to play the PS5 versions of games. Or transfer your save data. #Dumbdelivery in action.

Very nice. I really appreciate how Microsoft has been handling the whole backwards compatibility thing. Definitely wouldn’t mind checking out some of the games in my collection with these enhancements.

FPS boost was amazing for Prey (2017), will consider checking out when I can see what titles support framerate enhancements. Like others have pointed out, they should figure out how how do a resolution bump as well.

Yea, i understand that, but games running over 1080p are very limited, and i don't know about you, but 1080p is the past. I would only take it if its the only way to achieve 60fps, but i would never take it to get over 60fps.

FPS Boost definitely helps me decide which games in my backlog to tackle next.. I never got around to playing Dishonored: Death of the Outsider so i'll definitely be jumping into that one..

sometimes a barrier to playing some of these older titles is preferring to play games that take advantage of your new hardware.. FPS Boost removes that barrier..

It's funny you bring this up because most of the "cows" on here own PC's that outperform the XSX with ease. The lemmings don't seem to realize that most of us can already play these ancient games at max settings with higher framerates than the XSX will ever be capable of.

Consoles are for exclusives, which is why the XSX is completely useless for gamers.

Sony didn't tout PS5 as the "world's strongest console". Unlike Xbox Series X that can't outperform PS5 in the new games dept. despite all those CUDA cores. 🤣🤣🤣🤣

No, what i am saying is that if MS had exclusives like the 360, it would be confident in showing its sales numbers, because it'd be excellent and brag worthy. Right now i have no doubt that its selling cuz of scalpers, but when this mess ends (if it does one day...), the Xbox sales will be way way lower than Sony's, just like last gen.

It sold well because it launched a year earlier, and Sony’s reply cost $600. Your argument is destroyed by the Xbox One which launched with arguably better exclusives than the PS4 but was again overpriced. Exclusives are absolutely the reason to choose consoles for some people, but it wasn’t that long ago that surveys told us that it was far from being the main reason.

Xbone launch was a disaster. If you think that launching with "arguably" better exclusives would've done anything under Don Mattrick's wing and all the tv tv tv memes, you're delusional.
