Halo Wars Risk Board Game

I like Halo but I'm not getting this.

I also think it is unfortunate that they have the flood as a faction in the board game but not in the Halo Wars video game.

God I hope this doesn't happen to my favorite franchises. If Uncharted got a comic book I'd have to buy it because I love the story but it would be degrading. I hate it when games branch outside of actual games.

Why would it be lame...Risk is a great board game and Halo is a good IP. What is the problem here. For many this will be their first time playing a good board game which is good.
