I'm waiting to see more, but it's looking far more interesting than RE5. BTW, RE5 was released in March of 2009. That's almost 4 years.

There's over three years seperating the games since RE5's release. Now if the rumor of the 3DS getting another RE game this year is true, THAT is quick.

Oh yeah didn't I mention that in my original post? I was going to post another paragraph on how in retrospect, 3 years is not as short a time as previously assumed, and it's almost the same time span between RE 4 and RE 5. Then I was going to go on about how time flies.

But I decided against it. Didn't care enough.

Besides, RE5 came out 3 years ago. It's the perfect amount of time for a sequel.

What are the chances that it will be a survival horror rather than action tps? Or maybe hopefully bring back the old style controls? Probably 0, but if ts a fun game then i'll buy it anywayj_assassin

No old style controls (which aren't needed), but a greater focus on the horror elements by the looks of it.

Nope. That's extra DLC right there. Don't forget about the on-disk "Start Game" DLC that's gonna be $10 at launch. They might even bring a way to finally purchase ammo! A dollar for a whole box of handgun ammo or 5 dollars for the variaty pack!

By looking at Capcom's business plan, I'm expecting to see RE7 next year. Way to go, Capcom... Way to go! The quality goes down and the profits goes up once again like COD. Great.

Not really, Chris campaign will probably be the same as RE5 but I have high hopes for Leon's.

They're following the formula they set up with RE4, RE5 followed RE4.... So, expect RE6 to be almost the same as those 2.
