A lot of parents seem to have trouble disciplining their children these days. There is no way I would had ever disrespected my mom like that without getting a severe butt whooping from my dad. If that was my kid, I would of gave him the whooping of his life and taken his xbox and live account away for half a year. You gotta be strict with those type of children.

Haha, well yeah thats how my house was. I'm sure a lot of people in my neighborhood who had both a mother and a father present in their homes worked the same way. It was basically like if I disrespect my mom I would get a whooping from her and then she would tell my dad and I would get one from him too. So thats two butt whoopings. Of course, I never got into trouble because of the thought of getting two whoopings. But my sister sure did. lol

When I was 5.... (this was 23 years ago), I raised a fist at my mother for some reason, can't remember why. I don't remember much, except seeing my fathers hand coming at my head, next thing i knew i was on the other side of the room underneath a sewing machine.

Long story short.... I never did it again.

Parents should beat they're children to teach them some respect, and if they don't want to use any violent ways they need to raise them up more carefully
