Looks like a display box without the coming soon sticker on it. It could also be a printed out copy of the cover as you can tell the quality looks kind of pc printerish and not glossy industrial.
Dude, you wouldn't have to photoshop anything to create that fake, you'd just need access to a standard computer printer and work in retail (and thus have access to a machine that prints receipts.)
He just printed out a SSBB insert, stuck it in a Wii case, and printed out a fake receipt at a register at whatever retail outlet he works at.
I he had a copy, he'd have shots of him playing it on TV, that's all there is to it.
I could do the same thing easily. I could print ouit a homemade MGS4 insert, stick in a PS3 case, and phony up a receipt.
and this is why your freaking out?GottiDC
not freaking out, i just wanted to grab some attention, so you guys could help me point out how its fake

What do you mean by fake?
It's a REAL Wii case, and real homemade insert, and a phonied receipt.
That has nothing to do with having the actual game.
If he had the game, he'd take a picture of the disc and then him actually playing the game.
Anyone can create that case in about 15 minutes.
There isn't anything to point out, it's pretty easy to do that. He probably printed the cover and put it in another game box and then just photoshopped the receipt.UssjTrunks
Or works in retail (or knows someone who does) and took about 3 seconds to print out a fake receipt. It would be even easier than printing out and making the insert.
It really isn't impressive at all, anyone can make fake inserts and receipts.
That would be so, so simple to make.
By the way, here you go.

Print this out:

Stick in spare Wiicase.
Voila.
No Photoshop involved. It's really, really easy.

It's the Title of the Game on the receipt
"Super S / B WII "
That's the main flaw I see.
:o that looks really real! I think its just a case though, not an actual game copy (and I don't think its photoshopped)hamstergeddon
thats possible. I've seen gamestop get copies of boxes long before the game was released, but not this early.

Bingo, did it actually take people this long to figure out. A super high-res version of the cover was released the other day. Anyone can print it and put it on the cover a Wii game.
There is no photoshop involved. The only proof you need is that the game has not been released.
This is, however, the official boxart.
everything is right with the cover, thats the one nintendo gave gamestop/eb games. the problem is with the reciept.
two things are wrong with it.
first, the right sku isn't on the reciept, its a made up one.
second, when you get a reciept for the game, the receipt doesn't tell you what system its for, thats what the sku is for. The title is also wrong on the reciept.

I hope it is though.

If you need to log in, use "guest" for the name and "nintendo" for the password. Just like that, no caps.

Why does the official boxart have the Wi-fi logo in the wrong place though? I find that strange.duh.. you can go into any EB and steal a fake box for any future release. They put them out for promotional reasons. as for the recipet. anyone with a freakin typewriter could do that

There you go some boxarts to compare the wi-fi logo placement.
Nintendo's Logo on that box is White, when Nintendo's Logo is always in Red unless the Background is Red.
Edit I just looked at the Official Box art and I'm wondering why Nintendo Changed it.
I didn't even notice that all I looked at was the Box, and the guys name.first of all, the game is french, and it has an ESRB rating on it.
ESRB is AMERICAN

edit, i mean the reciept is french, meaning he bought in france, and with an ESRB rating???
unless there's a black market for games goin on in the statue of liberty i don't think the french get american versions of games
