This is why killzone 3 is untouchable in console graphics!

The level of detail this game pushes out is just unbelievable, this has got to be the most stunning looking game I've seen since the console war inception. My PS3 is gonna think twice before running it.

Exactly my thoughts when i played RDR. But yeah, KZ3 looks amazing aswell by the vids i have seen!

But he's right. Textures are awful in Killzone 3, worse than many multiplatform games I've played lately. People should be praising the incredible animations, not the graphics.

Pretty much this.

The artistry looks great. But from a pure graphical standpoint it has its faults. Smoke and Mirrors-Zone 3 still looks good but not enough for me to say it is the best on consoles. Sorry that title now goes to Crysis 2. C2>KZ3 in terms of graphics and gameplay. C2 has it in both categories. KZ3 will be dead in 5 months minimum (and I'm being nice) maybe....maybe 7 months max.

Too bad the textures are embarrassing.

It looks like a console game. Whether or not it is considered the best looking on consoles I cannot say, but there isn't anything unbelievable about it.

Crysis 2 looks leaps and bounds better and more detailed and looks amazing close up too and is not a blurry mess

The game looks impressive. It's not perfect, as naturally you're not gonna have fantastic textures throughout... At all. Still, for what it is, it looks great.

For me it doesn't matter. If it looks great in motion, Which it does, then why care about it. I think Geurrilla are extremely good at covering the shortcomings of consoles. Its extremely impressive for a console game

It reminds me of Quake 4 with post precessing filters.

There're better looking console games, like Uncharted 2 for example. ;)

It does have great graphics but I wouldn't call them untouchable. Castlevania, Force Unleashed 2, Mass Effect 2 and Uncharted 2 all look equally as stunning.
