I agree with the thread starter. I'm seriously considering getting a PS3 just for this. Damn timed exclussives I just can't wait. Halo 3 and COD4 better keep me distracted cause I know i'm gonna be following UT3 like crazy.

I only own a Xbox 360 so I wont be able to play UT3 this year..

First it is not like it is not comming to 360 at all. Second you can still get it for PC. This is also one of the very few games I agree it is a better game on the PC.

I've been playing with controllers my entire life..A mouse feels as bad as a PC gamer trying to play a FPS on a controller..So please don't give me that crap.. I prefer the controller over the mouse and keyboard.. I'm sick of Hermits spamming every thread with the word UT3 in it saying how the PC version of UT3 is the only version worth playing..

come on im sure everyone has more then 1 game they are intersted in on ps3 times exclusive or no, its not a bad investment there are a few mroe quality titles comming out this year AA or AAA it would pan out I think

MGS4 is all that interests me atm, and no I will not blow $500 for it.

You don't understand, its not the same game. A controller is far to limiting in terms of accuracy and speed for UT to be the same game on a console as it is on the PC. There's a reason Epic had the Unreal Championship series of games, console and PC shooters play very, very differently. UT3 is far too fast paced to translate to a console where the average player will be using a controller.

you can't be so wrong on what you just said..I played all of the UC games and they were actually faster than the UT games.. The UC games were more close combat indoors style of play very fast and you had to be more precise with your straffing.. UT is a little more outdoors and bigger maps with vehicles..Have you ever used a controller in your entire life? Seriously.. To limiting in terms of accuracy.. ahaha..
You're too funny.. What will you say once UT3 comes to PS3 and it works just fine..
