It looks good I enjoy Level 5 and I lovestudio Ghibli.

looks fantastic. This is probably the only time im ever going to say this about a game, but: IM SO glad its on the ps3 and not on wii/xbox360.

i normaly dont care for graphics, but when such strong art is involved i want it to be on the strongest platform.

this game is also coming out for the DS aswell, and the art is made by legendary studio ghibli

Full Metal Alchemist. It's an anime about 2 brothers who try to revive their dead mother.

It really had me till I saw the battle system.. Looks kinda shaky idk. But ill hold my tongue till I play it, could be a seriously awesome game

DS version and PS3 version will be a completely different games and this game got 99% chance of making it outside Japan since LEVEL-5 will open their US office in Santa Monica next month.

Look at my other post above you, LEVEL-5 said the 2 games will be completely different and each one got a very different style and story but both of them will have the same start of the story or something like that.

For the Japanese ver. theres no chance itll have English subs. But thats fine, My Japanese is pretty strong.

But it it never comes here, you might still have a chance with the Asian/Chinese ver. It always releases around the same time as the Japanese ver. and usually has English Subs. 2 recent examples would be Demons Souls and FFXIII. DS is all in English and FFXIII has japanese voices with English subs.

The DS version is coming out this winter? in Japan and is being considered for localization, along with Inazuma 11.

How is this the best looking jrpg this console generation again? It doesn't seem to be doing anything out of the ordinary or particularly better than the competition judging from the video. And it's hard to say a game has a good story based on a, like, five minute trailer in a foreign language.vashkey

On topic, the game looks beautiful, but the battle system looked really bad in that trailer imo.

As for this game, It looks TOO childish. I can tolerate a certain level of it in JRPGs, but this is just too much. It seems they designed the game for 10 year olds.

Why can' someone make an awesome JRPG for adults? Something like Lost Odyssey without the annoying kids lol.

Thats LEVEL-5 style like Inazuma eleven and Professor Layton and they seem to be very good at it and it brings a lot of money for them.

This looks a lot like Dragon Quest 8 to me.
