Tonight's the night where Nintendo will finally give more info of the Nintendo 3DS. It is already Wednesday in Japan now, so expect updates later tonight. Keep discussion here. Also, don't forget their Winter and early 2011 lineup for the Wii and the DS.

I just hope Nintendo doesn't have an obsession with 60fps for their games on the 3DS. its a handheld. I dont care about fps. I dont mind 30fps but nice graphics. I can understand what they did with SMG, but plz dont do that with OOT or any other game. Anyway. im rly excited

Why would you want low FPS? For action games it directly effects the gameplay.

Why would you want low FPS? For action games it directly effects the gameplay.

30fps is fine IMO. its a handheld so it rly doesn't matter. Most games people play on console are 30fps. only a select few are 60. if people rly had something against 30fps we would se people complaining about it all the time.

of course 60fps enhances a game, but in some games its not neccesary in. Like Zelda is fine w/o 60fps. (OOT practically kept dipping into 20's, and it turned out amazing) metroid didnt need to be. it was a good decision to have galaxy at 60fps. racing games also are good at 60fps. Fzero i can understand. Sin & Punishment doesnt rly matter IMO. it would have worked both ways. i guess its subjective, but tbh id prefer Nintendo take it easy with 60fps on the 3ds

I'm going to laugh if the price is over $300. That way Nintendo fans will claim what a fantastic price after years of ridiculing the PSP for being so expensive.

I'm kind of disappointed... the only games that interest me are Paper Mario, Star Fox, and Kid Icarus (Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy could be depending on what they are really). I'd like to have some non-Nintendo games in the mix...

Resident Evil is a must have if it keeps the RE4 style gameplay though.
