I'm upset that they gave into the SJW crap on "women don't have bodies like that" (Which is highly false. I've seen plenty in person). But at the same time, I'm not too upset, because she still looks amazing.

In way too many games, female characters seem to have silicons. In W3, for example, feminine assets look made of plastic. Which just goes to show the male programmers have never seen real, natural women with her kit off...

Or take FFXV: those things below look as fake as they get. Urgh...

As for Tifa, her assets have always looked fake. But as she lives in tech world, we can assume she had them done special to increase trade.

Literally unplayable. May pick it up if it ends up at the garbo $5 bin with all the dvds.

She still dresses like a stripper and she still has large breasts, so it's not like they're being particularly prudish here.

Anyway, she looked completely ridiculous in the original - there's no way that the 'watermelon smuggler' look would work in this more realistic art style - in the same way that Cloud actually has hands this time around, rather than just paint brushes like in the original.

Firstly, comments like yours is what gives men a bad reputation.

Secondly, when girls see massive breasts in games they will think, “do I have to look like this”? “Do I need a breast enhancement”?

Thirdly, this is quite psychologically damaging to girls, who think I need to have these huge breasts to be confident or beautiful.

Imagine this. Will you be ok if your sister or mother are judged by the size of her breasts?

What if you have a daughter and she asks you for money for a breast enhancement when she’s only a child?

So grow up, be respectful.

You have to keep in mind that the demographics have shifted since the original FFVII came out. Back then, it was designed for a predominantly male audience. But since then, Final Fantasy has grown a very large female fanbase. FF now has over 40% female players, more than any other major RPG franchise. And they want kickass female characters they can identify with. So Squenix have to design characters with their female audiences in mind.

They are still pretty big though lol, no complaint from my side. But the concept of the remake, especially the combat and the episodic setup of it...yeah, I have MAJOR issues with that...

Because Arnold Schwarzenegger is a man I identify with... Pretty boy Cloud is a man I identify with... Give me a break. Most women players don't give a shit, just as I don't give a shit that I'm playing a man I can never hope to be.

I'm pretty sure it's the difference of cartoony graphics on PS1 vs realistic graphics on PS4. Do some women have crazily large boobs in comparison to their frame? Sure, but it's exceedingly rare or fake.

As for Tomb Raider, it's difficult to get someone that can both do the role and look the part. They did about 50/50 in each category and called it good. The being athletic part does make perfect sense given how athletic the character is. Just saying.

This has nothing to do with SW, and just objectification of women
