Got it today, M+ is freakin awesome.

More importantly, The Legendary Starfy (DS) scored an 8.9! Waahoo for Nintendo Platformers... and golf.
[QUOTE="OreoMilkshake"][QUOTE="Bluray001"]No. Oh, but it is. It uses a different engine and different controls from other versions. This version of Tiger Woods Golf is exclusive to the Wii.This game is exclusive to the Wii, yes?

It's still Tiger Woods. And similar content can be found on other platforms.

i got 08 and 09 for ps3 and i really hated them. The putting was terrible and it just wasnt fun to play ( unlike tiger 05 for ps2 which was the last awesome woods game imo) I want to get this one
It's just as exclusive as MLB 09 The Show.Sweetm M+ is tearing it up already. I would get this had it not been for golf in Wii sports resot.
Just to let sheep know, although it is the definitive version, its not an exclusive, unlike pro evo.

Which was not exclusive so it doesn't really matter.

i think thats his point, its kinda like an unofficial exclusive, kinda. If that makes any sense

It doesn't, atleast in the confines of SW. Think I get what you mean though.

"With the addition of MotionPlus, Woods 10 on the Wii is a fantastic golfing videogame, besting its console counterparts because of its control options, extra courses, party game modes, and Frolf. Not to mention, it's casual friendly for anyone to play, but with enough difficulty options for the hardcore to stay interested. It's almost hard to imagine it getting better than this for the foreseeable future."
too bad I'm not into golf.

Can you buy M+ separately? I'd like to get multiples to play multiplayer.
nintendoman562
of course you can
but i'm still holding off a purchase until Red Steel 2

Yes you can, its like $20 to $25 depending on where you go and what deal you get.
Also this is a great start for Motion Plus and hopefully third party developers can do what they've been wanting to do with it. I think this is what the Wii really needs to shine and start appealing the more "core" gamers out there. Definitely a step in the right direction, hopefully there will be many more after it.
there's no such thing as an unofficial exclusive. there is exclusive and not exclusivehy4kyeah well i dont see why people are trying to act like the wii loses points because its not exclusive. its a great game on the wii the other consoles not to much to be happy about , but its not a exslusive so it just the same game. you play both versions and tell me its the same game. i guess there is no point to buying both versions.

And the fact that you're swinging your arms like a golf club--with 1:1 control--means it's really not the same experience at all. The Wii version also uses the Wii Weather Channel to provide real-time weather updates to the game. So if you're playing in San Francisco in the game, and it's raining in San Francisco in real life, it's raining in the game. Pretty cool, right?

Not cool. :( If it's raining outside I want to go play golf in a nice sunny world. That just sounds depressing. /joke :PI officially declare TW10 for the Wii to be the greatest sports video game ever made. You have no idea until you've played it yourself.
I consider it exclusive. It really is an entirely different game when you're actually doing a club-swinging motion rather than just twiddling your thumbs.Sweetm M+ is tearing it up already. I would get this had it not been for golf in Wii sports resot.

I can see it now. Gamespot:
"Most fustrating golf game ever. Who wants to pretend to golf?" 6.5 outta 10. Respect.
ActicEdge
Cons: Frustrating controls (M+ exposes reviewer's ineptitude at golf), identity crisis, title is misleading (can play as more than just Tiger Woods), no balance board support, no integration with other EA Sports titles (should be able to play golf as Bret Favre during football off-season), is not Assassin's Creed.

Wouldn't that make almost every game exclusive?

I think with this, Wii Sports Resort and Grand Slam Tennis you won't be lacking in M+'s any time soon...

flazzle
I couldn't believe it. They were all sold out of M+ that were sold seperate, and out of both games at the Target where I live. There had better not be a shortage.
M+ is going to be damn hard to get your hands on if it isnt packaged with a game. Please Log In to post.
