Time for ps3 to SHINE!!!!(accept it lems)

the over-hyped flops are gone.now its time to see why the ps3 will be agreat console.it may not be better then the 360 at the moment but it's gaining ground

1.great exclusives on the horizon:uncharted,haze,R&C,UT3,mgs4. plus it already has warhawk

2.increase in the quality of multiplats. they are only slightly worse then 360s compared to some months ago when the 360s were superior.in fact the differences aren't noticable unless played side by side.this progress may lead to the ps3 games being superior in the near future as devs continue to gain more understanding of the hardware

3.sony's innovation:home,playstation eye,singstar(a game my girlfriend is actually looking forward to, i never thought i'd see that day).they take care of thier customers

so lems.for once in your SW posts don't hate and simply accept the ps3 is becoming a great console.might not be better then the 360 right now but it is still an exciting console and worth the price.

No, its like, "Even with the flop....." Don't act like Lair is the end-all for PS3. The game looks awesome and will be fairly popular. There's a ton of games coming in the near future and even bigger games next year. You can focus on one game all you want. Beat Lair to death, it doesn't matter. Allof the other titles are still here. What about Warhawk, I thought lems were all over the place yelling, "Flopage, flophawk, warflop." What happened? And what about HS? Now that IGN gave it a 8.0, there's nearly zero lems on it anymore.

Could possibly flop, A while ago you were hyping lair AAA so i don't see what makes uncharted and haze any different. And tell me how "great Exclusives" like Uncharted, haze, R&C, UT3 and MGS4 which arnt all exclusives anyway make the ps3 a great console. if you wrote this post afew months ago i bet lair would of being in that list...

I think "now the over-hype flops are gone" is a lot more like my way of putting it ("Now our flop is out of the way") than "Even with the flop".

Warhawk looks cool, and Heavenly Sword remains to be seen even though it sounds devastatingly short. Don't pin on me the actions of other Xbox 360 fans in your precious threads.

1. Only one of the games floped so far. I mean look at Blue Dragon. That flopped. So Lair was a bad game, the others have way more potential than that game.

2. Yes the PS3 is starting to overtake the 360 in mulitplats. Only for some games though, others the devs will still just port the 360 version onto the PS3 and expect it to work.

3. Home is an amazing thing for casuals and gamers alike. Home allows gamers to show off and even communicate with thousands of other gamers.

The PS3 is in the best position to start selling and being amazing. If the 80gb version drops in price and still comes with a game, we are going to see a big increase in sales. Also once some of these exclusives start being released, we will see an increase in sales as well.

The PS3 may never overtake the 360 or the Wii, but it can defeantly close the gap.

And what about HS? Now that IGN gave it a 8.0, there's nearly zero lems on it anymore.

Well it comes out for the 360 next year, and if it for the PS3 and PC it is exclusive; it is only when it is on the 360 and PC it isn't exclusive.
