its cool I dont think anybody expected greatness from a tech demo but I could be wrong about thatthere arent that many sheep left in system wars, the only ones left are the few that still argue over DS vs. PSP (which I can proudly say I side with the DS every time even though I own them both.)
[QUOTE="OreoMilkshake"]Yes lets start using IGN scores.MokajingAU is pretty hard on rating. Harder than gamespot. Im guessing 7.5 from US ign, and 7 from gamespotI can't really see why it would get a lower score than Wii Sports.

The sheep were hyping all M+ games AAA.
Anyway lets wait for GS review for proper madness.

Yes lets start using IGN scores.OreoMilkshake
Yeah. They're so stupid for giving the Conduit an 8.6, but it appears they are back to their senses and have given Wii Sports Resort a dreadful score.
While I do not think that the Conduit deserved an 8.6, that review (and all IGN Wii reviews for that matter), seems wrong. The first paragraph is ranting about the Wii's lack of third party games.
Regardless, I never trust IGN, and I will just check Gamespot or rent it, so I will not explode in madness
well looks likes i'm getting redsteel 2, i would like a good game to play when i get motion plus.( iknow there is a chance that red steel 2 may not be a better choice)
Very generous score. Sheep should be... Flattered, I suppose.NBSRDan
Have you actually played the game to know that it was a generous score?
And, this is not to provoke an argument, but we would be madder if they gave it a higher score, because then we would think "Yes, Day one purchase," and then be disappointed.
Yes lets start using IGN scores.OreoMilkshakeLol, conduit guy. IGN arent great but they are better than new GS
[QUOTE="OreoMilkshake"]Yes lets start using IGN scores.clembo1990Lol, conduit guy. IGN arent great but they are better than new GSIGN is terrible. Worst in the industry. They are basically an advertisement for game sites. A game can't score lower than 8.0 on that site except if they want to give it to a game that is incredibly hyped that they didn't like.

I don't think you know what hardcore means...I don't think you know how Sheep are seen like in SW.

The reviewer was expecting a fleshed out single player campaign. I think everyone that wants this game will get exactly what they want. This isn't meant to be particularly deep experience, and it probably isn't going to have many modes. It's a great tech demo that shows off the capabilities of the Wii Motion Plus, and it's great multiplayer fun. You should not go in this expecting a proper single player experience.DeathScape666
I didnt get the vibe that that was what the reviewer was going for at all, if reviewers only cared about single player experiences in games then games like Cod and Halo would be considered by reviewers to be shovelware :|

"Finally, there's the question of single player. Wii Sports Resort makes only a half-hearted effort to cater to players who want plenty to do on their own. Sure, you can try and beat your scores across a host of golf courses, or play through all the Showdown levels in Swordplay, but why aren't there basic tournaments to compete in and win in other modes?"[QUOTE="dragonfly110"][QUOTE="DeathScape666"]The reviewer was expecting a fleshed out single player campaign. Well he does make a valid point, I dont personally own this game (and yes I do have a wii before you ask.) but even if the game was meant for a multiplayer experience itd be nice for it to have some for mof single player, I mean the original Wii SPorts had a fairly solid single player experience for the style of game it was.
