Tired of my 360. Stuffed it in the closet.

Yep you read right. I just got this thing back last week from microsoft and I'm so sick of it. It already gave me 1 flashing red lght that said error 68 on the 3rd day upon arrival. Even though it started right back and is working good I decided for now to unhook this piece of Micro$oft junk and put it in the closet. Xbox 360 is the junkiest piece of crap console that has ever been made. I hope Sony beats the crap out of them in this console war. Who know's maybe I'll feel better about it soon but I'm just so bored with it. Don't come along and tell me about the supposed great games. What good is great games without a console that's reliable to play them on?

Yet you could not figure out that error 68 just means that the almost 30 year old noob owner did not install the HD properly on the repaired console !

Never bothered looking into it. If I wanted to know I could have went to Xbox.com. I'm not a noob by any means. I've been playing games since mario 1 for NES. If that 1 red light really does mean a hard drive error then I guess mine just might be ok. There's no escaping the 360 anyway seeing as my better half loves Viva Pinata. So I'll leave this topic alone I guess since the one red light doesn't mean death on it's way.

I agree completely. I've played my elite for 16 hours straight and it was ready for another 16 hours by the time i was done. The Elite is a solid system.

Yet you get angry , then bother to whine about it here , you bother to unplug it and then put a perfectly working console in the closet instead of just looking it up .
