Titanfall is the most anticipated game of the year. It’s already won more than 80 awards from critics around the world. That's pretty good, I wondered if it'd even break 2 million in it's life time on the XB1. That may be possible within a couple months.

Extremely wishful thinking on your part. Also Assassin's Creed 4 is the highest scoring game now that Titanfall has dipped to 86 on Metacritic.

I hope they do lots of updates.... but sadly since this is also a console game I doubt it... given that.... thye dont like many patches.

The game is fantastic from a gameplay perspective...

But feature set, custimzation and balance... are all lacking.... something I doubt will be fixed.

Because sadly muppets have made it ok to buy "season passes" that give 3 map packs and then sell us Titanfall 2.

I REALLY wish they could make this like Team Fortress 2 ..... non-balance breaking item shop (costmetics/effects ect) and just constantly update the game over years.....

Everyone needs to realize that Titanfall is an online only game needing internet and XBL to play. Seriously thinking this game was going to dominate world wide in this day and age with such a restriction was delusional at best.

If Titanfall had a single player option I am sure it would be boasting better sales in somes of million+ by now

I have seen that article and he clearly said "US" gamers.

All those 80 fake media awards and it can't even manage a 90 metacritic.

Infinity Ward was always overrated, at last reality is proving me right.

Today Titanfall launched in the UK, and Microsoft sent a quite enthusiastic press release explaining that things are going quite well both across the Channel and in the US.

Xbox UK Marketing Director Harvey Eagle accompanied the announcement with a comment:

did you quote the wrong post? I never said metacritic mattered in the first place. I was being facetious, since people take the scores on here to heart I'm sure others take metacritic to heart too.

For a game hyped as extensively as Titanfall, I would expect more than a couple (2?) thousand sales in the most pro gun, pro cod country with the xbone released.

Especially since a couple million people were part of the beta - they had the time to play it and further the hype going in to launch.

Right now the Xbone sales are near the PS4 sales in the USA - if Infamous manages to outsell Titanfall I would have to question the hype Titanfall received..

Sigh, was being facetious. If scores matter, all scores matter hence the jab post. I won't expect a gorm to understand though. Also how was it wrong? He's using gamespot to suit his own fanboy needs also.
