kinect 2.0 is a looming thing for them lemmings. now it appears so is situational environments. microsoft is working on a 360 degree projector which when placed in the room prjects te environments all around the player (omitting directly beind him). allowing for you to see things using your full eye's allowed motion not just the tv itself.

They need to come out of the gate and prove that this tech works in 'core' games, otherwise they are going to lose the large number of people who bought the 360 pre-Kinect.

@ Bruce that tech actually sounds pretty cool to me. I am just saying the people who bash Nintendo for this are contradicting themselves by supporting this. I like new route gaming is taking.

You are partly correct, they didn't say it exactly like that. They just said they want to take the Xbox brand and make it a centralised media hub which is where their focus will be. This is why they are bringing DVR to the next Xbox.

But do not worry, the 720 is coming out next year. It will be announed at E3 and launch in holdiay 2013. One of the first games being made for it is Whore of The Orient.

My friend works at GameStop and they have special inside information. I am serious, I saw the list. MS will bring the 720 out next year, I do not know what it's specs are or anything .

There is a reason why MS has no games planned for late 2013. Seriously nothing is coming out for it next year holiday season, all the games for it are coming out early 2013.

Gears Judgement is the last 360 exlusive. See the 360 is a dead system basically, this is why stopped making 1st party for it. The next Xbox is what is important to them now.

Let's just hope MS has better exclusives up their sleeve for next gen. I will make a thread and post a picture of the list I saw when I get the chance. I am not supposed to tell anyone this.

Where did I ever say I was worried? Every tool in the shed knows the neXtBOX is coming. What did you think you had a scoop direct from a minimum wage employee or something? Lets hope next gen neXtBOX gets more of the same Halo5, FM 5, PGR 5, Forza Horizon 2 as well as the better running versions of all the multiplatforms and the better online infrastructure and achievement system with more voice activation.

I want to play with a controller, I don't want to be diving around my room playing gears etc. I hope that they don't abandon the controller and I hope they bring the 360 controller back because it works like a charm and is one of the best controllers I have played with.

If MS does go the majority Kinect route, it could either make or break the system. I know none of the people I know really like the idea of Kinect, but that could change if it works right. If implemented correctly I would support it, I just hope they give the option to use a controller too.
