Top 10 reasons why we shouldnt hate Blizzard

1. It´s one of the few PC-focused developers.

2. Star Craft 2 is awesome. And their battlenet doesn´t require subscription, and SC2 doesn´t require to be always online.

3. Blizzard supports mod community. Check SC2 mod support.

4. It´s the only company that didn´t embrace DLCs policy but keeps sticking to expansions.

5. They will give us Blizzard All-Stars.

6. Diablo 3 is not as good as Diablo 2, but still is a good  game. Blizzard have never stoped producing content for it and improving the game.

Tochlight 2 is still not as good as Diablo 3.

7. WoW keeps being the best MMO, 9M people are still playing it.

8. Blizzard patronizes e-sports.

9. Some day we will see Titan Project.

10. Hating is bad.

Still not enough to condemn them for the eternity

Outside of Starcraft, Blizzard can DIAF.

Yeah, those don't mean the same thing.

I don't hate Blizzard... I just consider them an overrated developer. I enjoyed some of their games like Starcraft and Warcraft (still remember those LAN parties with my friends back in the day), but I don't consider any of their games groundbreaking or special, also I'm not a fan of MMO, so I see no appeal in WoW.

As for Diablo 3, the AO-DRM quickly killed off any interest I had in trying it out... though if I ever find myself owning another PS3, I may check out the console version.

And? There's a lot of shitty PC focused devs and a lot of amazing devs that do multiplatform games. I am not going to support a company simply because it focuses on the platform I enjoy the most.

They're also ripping people off like crazy by charging you for each individual campaign.

Game-wise, they're cool. However, I detest Activision. Blizzard and Activision are pretty cozy and thus I'm not too fond of them at least in that respect.
