The Uncharted 2 story trailers and collapsing building trailer, the most recent Ratchet and Clank one, and the Power Trip inFamous trailer. All

1) Diablo 3 ( is teh intro i guess but whatever , is imba!! )

2) CastleVania : Lords of Shadow

3) Lost Planet 2 trailer ( made me want to see more )

Dead Space's launch trailer was really awesome. The music is the highlight.

The Beatles Rockband intro trailer, the first Twilight Princess Trailer, and the Uncharted 2 E3 O9 trailer. The first Super Smash Brothers Brawl trailer is a runner up to those few though.

that Zelda trailer got me pretty hyped. The FF Versus XIII trailer also, i cant think of any other game trailers that have gotten me very hyped :(
