They wouldn't count, a soundtrack is an Audio CD comprised of the music used in a movie or game... I don't think GH/RB have a soundtrack since the game itself is like a soundtrack...

Perfect Ambiance.

I was gonna mention Halo until I realized that it only makes use of one particular good gaelic style strings track with a Gregorian chant complement. Not very extensive.

Ocarina of Time still has the best soundtrack.
