This isn't a best N64 games list. It's just the ones that you can pick up and play today, and not think it was made 15 years ago 1) Turok - There are no words for this game 2) Mario Party - 1-8 doesn't matter, same formula 3) Rampage World Tour - Still better than any rampage after it 4) Killer Instinct Gold - Still looks and plays amazing, unbelievable 5) Nightmare Creatures - This game doesn't age at all

I find it funny that Zelda: MM hasn't aged as much as OoT. I stood the test of time quite well imo.

I could play these games today without any problem in the world

1. Super Smash Bros (My first year in uni four years ago, we'd play the crap out of this game).

2. Mario Kart 64 (Again, multiplayer)

3. WCW/NWO Revenge (multiplayer - but I'd probably need specific friends for this one...)

That's probably it. Tried playing Goldeneye/Perfect Dark not too long ago but couldn't handle the visuals or controls anymore. Even though Zelda OoT remains my single favourite SP gaming experience of all time, I only actually beat the game once. I know there are people who've played through it multiple times. Upon a revisit, I made it as far as the Water Temple but just found I had better things to do.

This should be in the Legacy Platform forum. Stop posting N64 topics here...

None of those games stood the test of time. Especially Nightmare Creatures cause it was crap to begin with.

Banjoe Kazooie/Tooie

Zelda: MM

Perfect Dark

Mario 64

When you say aged, graphics play a big part here:

The lack of Paper Mario is surprising, for me, it has stood perfectly and still looks great to this day thanks to the awesome arty 'paper' graphics.

In order:

1) Paper Mario: for reasons stated above

2) Killer Instinct Gold: love it, has aged great

3) Lylat Wars/SF64 : I could play through it all today and still think it looks awesome

4) The Legend of Zelda: MM: Ocarina of Time may be my favourite game (pretty much other) but this brother of that classic is every bit as good, AND, i would say has aged much better (graphics wise), a great looking game with style.

5) Banjo Tooie: Still looks and plays great

honorable mentions: Super Mario 64: may well be better then some/all of the games up there, and it HAS aged great, but not as well in my eyes, comparing it to its liitle brother (Paper Mario) it hasnt aged half as well. Obviously Goldeneye/Perfect Dark: None of the games up there are anywhere near as blocky, while both of these are obviously amazing games.
