But what's a badass character without his badass weapon? NOTHING, I say.

I would have put the Blades of Chaos and the Chainsaw Bayonet beyond everything else, but great list overall.

Yawn. In Mace Griffin Bounty Hunter there was a three barrel mini-gun as the starting weapon. Hell to the yes.

I declare a fail on everyone in this thread and the source material for not even bringing up the Fire Flower and or The star. I'd even Settle for the T.J Sparkles from the orginal sonic games (The Jesus Sparkles) Not even a mention of the spread gun from contra or the mega buster jesus u people are slipping.

No glaive from Dark Sector? Look I understand people love for nostalgia, but some of those weapons have been surpassed in new games. Yes the BFG was badass for it's time, but there are better weapons that could have filled that spot. The same goes for the Rail gun, I loved that weapon, but it's pretty pedestrian by todays standards.

Then there's weapons that just don't get old: LandShark gun where art thou?
