Good news I guess. Pretty impress by the PC demo and might get the full version by the end of the year. But have these type of games been sucessful on consoles before?

Those kind of games can work just fine which is why I wouldn't be suprised to see Diablo 3 on the consoles.

Cool for people who never got the chance to play it on PC.

It might work. Games like this only work on consoles when they are simplified in movement and abilities - IE you only need to hotkey 3 keys and dont have to move quickly around.

i had a blast with the console dungeon crawlers last gen. also the game that parodied them, bard's tale, was pretty great too.

They need it. That sort of action RPG genre has been dead since last gen on consoles (and for no good reason).DJ_Lae
