Total Warhammer goes DX12 with AMD i.e. Gaming Evolved. Another Ashes of Singularity.

You have Battlefleet Gothic: Armada in April and this game in May. I want to play both of them

Never got into these games but I can appreciate the detail this game has.

It'd be awesome if some of these came to Wii U, if it had a better cpu that is.

In the last thread I was saying I'm not particularly happy about the way CA adding in Chaos (pre-order or pay extra) and that I wasn't sure whether I want to support that practice. Well with TW and Warhammer being two of my most loved I.P's and the fact I have wanted the two series joined as one since Shogun: Total War, I've caved in, I just can't resist anymore. CA have won over my principles and moral judgement.

I saw and watched enough trailers to know that this game is going to be absolutely great , right now I'm only worried about the price of factions that SEGA is going to charge me for

So excited for this.

Luckily its not an RTS game, although it does have RTS elements within it if you so choose (you can play the turn based map and just auto-resolve battles should you so choose) :)

Also, have you tried a TW game? Its VERY different from most RTS's.

Still, it's a bitchy move. Their games already sell enough, they don't need to do crap like this. Hopefully, this trend will change in the future, but seems like it won't happen anytime soon, sadly.

No Blue, Heard of TW games before. I can't get into RTS or tactical games as even Valkyria Chronicles. Not good at em :(

That looks good, might have to reevaluate my stance on the series.

I can't wait for this game to come out. Between this and Battlefleet Gothic: Armada, Warhammer will have a strong presence on PC in 2016 and I will be right there enjoying them.

I don't know what it is, but these games haven't been too pretty for the last few years. Everything looks just muddied and undetailed. The ground is as flat as an ice rink. I understand they need to accommodate a lot of units on screen but it would be nice if they could scale the graphics somehow so they actually look good sometimes.

Most of the Videos of the Vampire Counts have them losing or taking enormous losses, I think the choice to not give the undead any range weaponry may have gimped them a bit too much. They should, at least, have had Skeleton Archers and Skeleton Horse Archers. It'll be interesting to see if CA are hiding units like The Black Coach, Mortis Engine or Casket of Souls. They're more Undead Legion units but are available to the Vampires as well.

@GarGx1: Yeah,,, let's hope they are not under-powered. But I'm gonna play as Empire anyway. Humanity foreva.

Shame they had to downgrade rome 2, such a pretty game, though with a few mods, it still looks pretty as hell

I played a Warhammer RTS game back in 2006 or 05 or something....I actually enjoyed it more than I did Warcraft 3.

Never liked the warcraft universe anyway.
