Man this game to me has to be my last-years "Borderlands" or "Arkham Asylum". Something I just knew it wouldn't be that good, but it turned out to surprise the heck outta me, and it turned out to be alot of fun. You guys should check it out if you haven't. And to those that are curious about it, go ahead and pick it up I'd say.

Not really suprised. The whole concept of Transformers would make an excellent game if handled correctly. Judging from the developer interviews and the fact that the story was based around the G1 era instead of the crappy live action movies, i ways hyped for this game and it doesnt disapoint at all.

Definately this years Batman AA in terms of suprising those who were expecting another crappy movie game

Don't care about Transformers, don't care for the dull sci-fi setting, underneath it all it's another shooter, would rather not buy an Activision game. But good/bad that it turned out alright. Good because it's good and bad because you know if it does well Activision will purchase the studio and have them churn out annual sequels to this thing until the usual circus begins. But you have to acknowledge that Activision does put an effort into launching new and new-ish franchises. They appear to give the developer some breathing room in order to get the thing grounded. They're sending SIngularity out to die though. Did you know it's released in a week? Did even you know it exists?

I don't really care about Transformers, but I am surprised a game like this scored so high. Still won't be buying it though.

You cant blame people for not caring about Singularity, its old, delayed, Activision, and its a FPS with lots of black and green.

I'm commenting on how Activision does not care to make people care about it, or even aware of it. And when Singularity fails I'm doubtful Activision will give Raven another shot. Some form of restructuring is bound to happen. Ranging from the whole studio being put on Call of Duty duty to it being shut down after the release of the first Black Ops map pack.

And that's how much I care about Transformers.

This game is great! The single player can be played entirely in Co-op mode. Its seamless and a lot of fun. The multiplayer is an absolute blast. You only have 4 classes, but they are balanced so well. I have played the Soldier, Leader, and Scientist class so far and loved each one. I havent played the Scout yet. Mostly I have played Conquest mode which is awesome. The maps are big enough to race/fly around in, but not too big where the action gets spread out. The abilities are hilarious. The Soldier has a whirlwind ability where he spins and cranks everything around him with a mace. I like using that when I need to clear a flag out LOL. Flying as a Scientist is awesome fun! The leader has some really cool abilities and an awesome weapon. As for transforming...couldnt have done it better. You have the same transforming agility as you see in the cartoon. You can launch yourself in the air, transform, race off, tranform again in someone's face, and melee them LOL. Its just amazing. People on here ragged the IGN score, but Im not sure its high enough.

I dont really play FPS's online...only the signal player because I like stories, but from what most people say, Unreal Technology is good for FPS's and Transformers is using UnrealTechnology so that should say something about the game. Forget about the company the game is under (Activision), any company can make a good, or bad game. Call Of Duty is under Activision...if you wanna call COD a good game. I'm a G1 Transformers Junkie, and the story for this game is on point, this is not that movies BS.
