Treyach are pretty bad compared to IW so i hope they can do something original instead of copying IW.

Then why are you playing MW2? Anyway COD WAW was a great game, so i trust treyarch will make another solid COD game.Racer850
[QUOTE="savagetwinkie"][QUOTE="2beers_in_hand"] Don't you think your over exaggeratinga little bit??? While you could definitly argue that WaW was a glorified expansion pack... Don't you feel your being overly harsh to Treyarch??? You said it yourself while IW is Acti's poster board, Trey would be the abused red headed stepchild forced to live in the attic... Lets give Trey some credit here pal!!! At least they could give us campaign co-op with up to four people and not have to recycle lvls and call them specialops missions with only two players... Also Didn't Trey introduce the most popular new feature to any CoD in years??? Yup Zombie survival!!! If you look at the packages side by side WaW is the better deal with more options... I'm sure Treyarch would love to go off and make something new but unfortunately Acti wont allow it... One last thing unlike IW who can take their sweet time on CoD, Trey is forced to make various ports or new games in the same time frame...they also had another game mode, this is particularly why i feel mw2 is a step back, all they really did was rearange the perks and add kill streaks so you could mass slaughter your opponents. Seriously!!! I mean come on they are using the same engine slightly updateded... They spent more time on emblems and call signs then anything else... Treyarch didn't create any new perks for WaW.....it was virtually an identical game from the game mechanics to the gameplay balance and the weapons.2beers_in_hand
Oh yeah, let's not forget, it used the SAME game engine as Call of Duty 4. Is Treyarch abused? Yes. Is Treyarch a terrible developer? Yes. Could Treyarch make it on their own? HELL no. Activision is doing them a favor by giving them a prebuilt game engine and prebuilt gameplay mechanics/concepts. I'm sure Treyarch is more profitable just making games under the Call of Duty brand than they would ever be on their own, which is precisely why they're working for Acti. Frankly, I'm astonished you would buy any Treyarch games, let alone defend them. They are terrible and a waste of money, same with nearly ever game in the Call of Duty franchise.
It's not meant to be a quality franchise, it's meant to be a hackjob. Treyarch are hacks and I will never respect a hack.
So does Treyarch make the older war games and Infinity Ward make the modern warfares? Also, I heard the next game was about the Cold War.
Uh, problem there: the Cold War wasn't a real war. Case in point, there were no battles in the Cold War, none. There were only proxy wars, which are in and of themselves separate and distinct wars, i.e. Vietnam, Korea, Afghanistan. So does Treyarch make the older war games and Infinity Ward make the modern warfares? They should use the CoD 3. What engine did that use? Because it looks different from all the others and had rag doll. I need ragdoll in my games. If Cod 7 is different like CoD 3 and has ragdoll I will buy it.

I thought MW and MW2 had ragdoll physics? Well, on the PC version anyway...I'm not sure if the console version had them.
