Twisted Metal PS3; Live-Action Cutscenes

David Jaffe is using real life actors and cgi to produce cutscenes for his upcoming Twisted Metal game.

Looks like Sweet Tooth's been going to the gym since E3. :P

EDIT: This Twisted Metal looks insane and it seems like the storyline's are going to dig more into who the characters are than before.

I find it strange, ive never played Twisted Metal (or even seen a gameplay video for that matter) but really love the TM universe. It looks like it has great personailities. I think Sweet Tooth is one of the best characters in gaming. Damn, i should have put him on my top 5 badass list.

I am over-flowing with Nostalgia! So getting this game Day 1 next year. BTW Im sure there will be a lot more characters then the ones shown in this awesome video I mean the Twisted Metal series is full of lots of great characters.

• Sweet Tooth , Doll Face , and Mr. Grimm
• Multiple Stages with multiple objectives depending on difficulty
• 3 Endings for each Character depending on difficulty
• You can use all 16 vehicles with any character (depends on stage / difficulty)
• Multiple Boss battles that are classic TM characters like Minion etc.

This TM has a lot of replay value. 3 characters x multi objective stages x 3 endings per character.

Im not really sure where the Preacher comes into it ...... maybe he's a boss or something.

There's only 3 stories because it allows them to dig deeper into each character. This time its gonna explain how they turned into who they are and give you motives of why they do things. Nonstop-Madness

i miss the 90s

meh. My interested for this just went down.They should have made it like Twisted Metal Black. That would have been way better.

Im in the same boat so to speak. I have played them enough, just never owned them. This one, I am getting hands down and these L.A.C.'s are just building up my excitement.

Anyone who disses TM has never played TM1,TM2, or TMB...Some of the most fun video games and competition you will ever have.

I want my Spectre and Firestarter...hope there are more characters than just these 3-4.

i think the campaign will be limited to those 4 characters but theyll give you a ton of more options in multiplayer. makes sense they cant do an origin story for every character. i do think well get more origns as DLC tho.
