Its hard to tell around here sometimes. But anyways, I want to see how the games turn out once Kojima stops making them, although he has a very talented team I'm not sure if they would keep the same standards of quality.
Also you can pretty much forget another PS2 title unless the growth of the Wii slows considerably and the DS isn't suited for the franchises' focus on cinematic gameplay.
The Wii be the most likely choice depending on how far they want to take it graphically, if not the Wii then the PS3 or 360 (not sure which would take priority there).

But yeah, i don't particularly want to see one on the wii, as it would rn contrary to the machine's casual focus and force me to buy onei. I'd like to see a port on MGS PO on the PS2 as it would be a better game simply by virtue of the platform it was on and it would give the 100million+ people who own a PS2 access to the game.
A DS game sounds like a bad idea but i think it could be quite good if they approached it with the platform in mind. I'm not sure if you remember a game called MGS ghost Babel which was on the original GB, it was really good despite the limitations of the hardware. And if there's one person who could utilise the DS's hardware well it's kojima
A new PS3 game would be nice as well
