[QUOTE="Coyo7e"][QUOTE="Nintendo_Ownes7"][QUOTE="air_wolf_cubed"][QUOTE="nintendofreak_2"] Well Raving Rabbids was actually pretty good (the first one, but it wasn't a 'serious' game).JLF1
dont forget No More Heroes
Ubisoft had nothing to do with it they didn't make the game. Maverlous and Grasshopper Manufacture own the rights to No More Heroes, and Nintendofreak_2 I agree I think Ubisoft Montpellier (spelling?) should be the only division that makes games for the Wii since it was the only Ubisoft in House game that was actually good on the Wii. I just hope they make a serious game I heard that they were making an FPS for the Wii.The Wii-really is not that good for FPS.
Dead zones and the ability to easily point the Wii-mote out of detection make it only viable for people who are unwilling or unable to use mouse+keys(ideal) or dual analogs(functional).
And NMH is such over-rated crap and a casual game. It is all slamming hte A button until you are prompted with a big fat arrow on your screen witch way to flick your wrist (casuals dont like complicated controls) and its one giant mini game with some mildly amusing boss battles.
I have seen way to many reviews that praised NMH and totally left out all the crap they bash other gamers for. How many enemy's are there in that game? 4 or 5 types? Not that they fight different any way. Was the worst pop-up around part of the so called stylish visuals?
The sales campaign that people started is the saddest thing to happen in SW in a long long time. And it wont be out done anytime soon.
The WII-mote is a more realistic way of playing FPSs you know. Just because you can move faster and more accurate with a mouse it's not in any way more realistic. I don't now why hermits claim that FPSs on PC are more realistic and then stick with the good old M/K?There is nothing realistic about useing the Wii-mote IMO. And that is all that can be said about that, its an individual opinion as to weather you find it to present a certain amount of realism.
I personally find superior visuals and sound (the wii has sound that is more out of date then its visuals. Both the xbox and ps2 supported 5.1 dolby) to be vastly more immersive then anything the controller can provide.
The most important thing to me about control is that I do not have to think about it at all.
