New gen... Not going to see anything really. Launch games never represent the final graphics... Not for 2-3 years, till we see the divide.

They just say XBO is a powerful system but don't give any idea as to how powerful.

Wrong, there is a major difference, Neo has Trinity ( forza, Halo, Black Tusk game ) PS 4 doesn't. :P

The only PS4 games that will look better will be the linear, heavily scripted trash that we have come to expect from $ony. The best, most fun and most replayable games will be on Xbox and Xbox LIVE.

If all things are equal i'll take the $100 cheaper machine that does not require the Kinect Prism thing.

It can still be a difference just like most multiplats thise gen. I remember many devs saying there was no difference between their games on PS3 and x360 and that ended up not being true at all. Crytek and Crysis 2 comes to mind for example

Ultimately, I think multiplats will be pretty similiar on both systems, won't be any overly noticeable visual advantage for the most part.

That said, I do believe the PS4 will have a fairly solid visual advantage when it comes to exclusives.

The difference between the PS4 and XB1 is less than Xbox vs PS2. The PS4, if you cows who pretend to be engineers are correct, is 50% more powerful in some areas than the XB1. The XBox was, at a minimum, 2X more powerful than the PS2. I remember reading some hype articles that said it was 3 to 4 times more powerful (I didn't believe them, though). That didn't stop devs from makeing God of War look just as impressive as any XBox title.

Xbox Was far superior then PS2. They ever had 720p and 1080i games. The graphics were unmatched and the inclusion of the HDD made persistant destruction a reality.

PS4 to XBO is around = 33% Not 50... That number is based on the Tflops.

There are other factors like memory architecture, CPU/GPU and RAM utilization of the OS.

PS4 also uses a co-processor.

33% is a BIG number. If it was 12-15% is would be small enough to not tell much. But that is gaping gap.
