New game exclusive to 360? ... meh, whatever their news is I doubt it's "big". To be REALLY big news would be to announce that Ubisoft has gone exclusive to 360 or PS3... that would be huge megaton news.

Some sort of DLC exclusive perhaps. Something that's not to expensive, but will make the 360 version seem more appealing over the PC version...

Well Its gotta be atleast something to do with exclusivity. Hopefully its not some garbage DLC, which I wont buy. X10 might be MS actually starting to announce a bunch of new games, and then do a bigger reveal at E3.

I won't hold high hopes. I'd rather go in with no expectations like I do with E3... except for anticipating Capcom to announce Power Stone for 360/PS3

I love these big announcements lately. They turn out either to be a letdown or an obvious, knew it would happen deal.

Ubisoft trademarked Ghost Recon Future Soldier recently, its probably the announcement of the game.

Which will surely be tactical Halo clone IMO. Especially after the US military's unveiling of their concept Soldier Of The Future.

Please be a new Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six, none of this Las Vegas or Advanced Warfighter rubbish.

Probably new Ghost Recon (which apparently isn't GRAW 3) and/or Rainbow Six "console "exclusive"" (ie it'll be on the PS3 8-12 months later). Or if they're really swinging for the fences, the entire Tom Clancy franchise "console "exclusive"".

A Master Chief type playable character with most of his abilities, plus the FPS/TPS strategic gameplay of GRAW.

Probably announce GRAW3, which might be a timed exclusive but my bet is that it is a multiplatform game announced at a MS event

I think it's Heroes of Might and Magic VI. The development of this game was unofficially confirmed last year:

Ubisoft has bought the Flight Simulator brand from Microsift and will develop a new game using the Hawx engine.
