Unreal was born on the PC. It's a PC franchise. The following is epic. On the playstation 3, it aint. PCs also have the advantage of DX10, which the PS3 doesn't. The PC also has infinite customising. So you can have it running at whatever frame rate you like. You can make compromises to have sharper textures, better lighting. You can have it going at a higher frame rate than consoles if your machine can handle it.

On a console, you get what you're given.

PC will also have EPIC quantities of mods worth playing. Like UT2004, none of the original maps will be being played a year or so after release. Most of the entertainment is in the stuff the community makes.

Console wont have that. Even though mods are supported; who the heck is going to make them for the PS3?

EDIT: also, on the PC there'll always be some crazy person with an awesome server making 64 player games. Again, another advantage of not having to simply play what you're given.
