Wow, a mom and pops repair store couldn't keep up with a mega-conglomerate's problems. Who would have thunk it?

I can relate. My shop gets calls every day regarding 360 repair, but we can't do anything 'cause Microsoft won't support us anymore.

ok, i'm gonna quote from a game here "So they close the lid, and try to pretend the problem will just go away, it's like president baker said, TOTALLY Careless" this relates well to Microsoft in regards to the Launch 360s (My Xbox 360.......(sigh).....finally died) I for one like others....could've waited for just a little longer to get the hardware issues sorted out
