Ultra Flop Award.

I usually don't feel like doing this, but SW is growing on me. Anyways.

Do you think Kill Zone 2 will flop even harder than Kill Zone? Will this be the first Ultra Flop in system wars history (Hyped sequel flopping over a flopped original)?

I think killzone 2 will be great and i look foward to playing it at my friends place when it comes out

Anyway, Killzone for the PS2 was an ok game. its a very generic shooter, KZ2 seems to improve on the graphics, but if it doesnt improve on the gameplay, its going to fail. The gameplay in the original got way to tedious at the end.

again its funny you say killzones repetitive yet you paly metroid LOL

in metroid the whole game all you do is find new weapons and devices to advance to the next area and the shooting in the game is terrible and boring..... the boss fights are fun but the majority of the game is a snoozefest.... no story whatsoever excpet the lame scanning.... wow real cinematic experience when i have to scan to find out aobut the story which is lame anyways just like all nitnendo games

I was considering the possibility that Killzone could be the first Ultra Flop. Meaning it's sequel is getting just as hyped as the already flopped orginal. Meaning that if the sequel flops, it will be flopping over the original flop, making it an Ultra Flop.

Yet Metroid games are highly acclaimed by both fans and gaming journalists, and killzone is not...

developpers have been working A LOT ... so much time was given to that project, i can't see it floping

of course, maybe it will flop a little bit because of the hype, a few people will be sad because it wasn't exactly as in their dreams
but the game if you take it for what it will be, i'm pretty sure it will be very good
