[QUOTE="ps3_owns_360Wii"]U2 didnt look better than Kz2, so i doubt that it maxed them out imoReaperV7agree'd.... uncharted STILL looks very very VERY nice, just not better than KZ2 looks don't mean anything. the draw distance might.

NOw before the lemmings and hermits and ignorant get confused. They said for better animations and more interactions. NOT better textures or more polygons.Cedmln
umm, better animations are done by using better methods of motion capture, and Animations dont use that much system resources.
And by more interactions do you mean more interactive world props/Physics objects??????

you can tell killzone2's character model polygon count isnt as high as crysis because peoples ears are more blocky on killzone2.

the graphics engine may need to use all of the ps3's power now, but thats today's technology speaking. In the following years they find better ways to make use of the hardware, and thus games are going to look better. A console is never maxed out until the next genaration arrrives, meaning no game is ever gone max out the ps3 before its lifecycle ends.papi_lekkerthis
