Uncharted 2 what? ODST who? Demon's Souls huh?

For those of you who have been living under a rock for the last few months, there's a game on the horizon that will destroy all competition in the month of October. It may very well be the best, funniest, awesomest game ever created to date. After playing the demo today (exclusive to the 360 until the 1st of October), I've come to the conclusion that BRTUAL LEGEND is exactly what the gaming world needed. Something fresh. Something funny. Something awesome to save gaming from its repetitive nature. Jack Black does the voice for the main character, and holy freakin' wow is he ever awesome in this role! I hadn't laughed so much from a game in ages. Do yourself a favor and TRY THIS GAME'S DEMO NOW! I am 97% sure that this game will at the very least score a AAA here. Who's with me!?

But then again its had such little hype can it really flop?

I'd say it will score an 8.0,purely because its trying something a little different.

This game is going to be rocking my socks off. Rocktober just can't come fast enough. I mean come on, a game based entirely around heavy metal, how can it not be awesome? :PSilent-Hal

The demo was OK, but I am thinking that the hype should be A-AA.

I always knew I had the most superior of tastes. Tim Schafer will make all the fanboys growl in rage. He's comin' out with an axe and will decapitate the competition. Nate Drake? No head left. Rookie? No **** left. Demon's Souls? No souls left. All axed to hell!

The game looks mediocre at best IMO no offense but it looks like any other boring repetitive adventure game.

Even though I will be picking up BL after I playmy GOTY U2. I went with AAA I hope its a hit. Tim and the crew a Double Fine deserve some love they make great games.

eh...i think AA. no offense to Tim Schafer and his team's work. he has definitely been a great influence on the industry, but i just don't see this scoring all that well. granted, a great game, but i'm just going by scores here.

AA is "scoring well". Psychonauts was AA. Uncharted was AA. Deus Ex was AA. System Shock 2 was AA. It goes on and on.

Played the demo a few hours ago. Must buy at this point. Game is amazing. :)

I can't get over just how funny the game itself actually is. I remember Psychonauts on the Xbox (incredible game)and such but Brutal Legend is a whole new level.
