Agreed on the infamous 2 thing, i thought it was better then UC3.
Yet that place is pretty crazy at times. I dont visit it alot because of the **** no matter what ND does.

I my self see nothing wrong with the aiming but i adapt very well to aims in games,games should not mold to you,you should mold to them,why would i want 100 games that controls in the same way,the same thing happen to Killzone 2,most of the complains were from COD scrubs.who want to play incredibly simple FPS,and want all games to control in the same way.

Uncharted's aiming shipped broken; not different. That's why they're fixing it. It has nothing to do with people not wanting to get used to it.
The game literally had an input latency of like 200ms. That's not something added for game design.
There was nothing wrong with the controls in UC3, but if enough people complain, especially the outspoken fans on the internet, then ND must do something to please them.
Just like UC2 MP there will be many more patches to please their whining fans. Hopefully they will get the controls just right like they did at a time in UC2

This is more of an option rather than fix though.. ""Alternate Aim Settings" added to the Options menu" I myself have no problem with the control.. so i dont need this :)
Could anyone please tell me what 'Motion Blur' is and how it effects the game? I can't really see any difference with the graphics since installing this patch. The aiming is excellent now though.
I still need to pick this up but the aiming was awful in U1,U2. I said before release that I was dissapointed they didn't fix it and it's sad to see it's actually got worse.
Just tried it out and so far works like a charm. However, even though I didn't like the "old" aiming, I like how ND set the new aiming as an option instead of making it mandatory. So for people who didn't think the aiming was off to begin with, they're not forced to get used to this way.

Slight blur is nice provided two things: 1. Your focus of the 3rd person is tight. Naturally, your view of other objects will be blurred when viewing close objects. 2. You want to provide the effect of speed. Motion blur while Drake stumbles around would be silly. Motion blur while he runs is fine.
During the first part of the game I thought the aiming was a little clunky... but towards the end I thought it felt fine. I think I was just used to Socom 4's aiming which made UC3's seem different. The aiming was fine in my opinion.

Haven't updated yet. To someone that has actually played the game before and after the patch. What are the differences? Also, I hate motion blur so is it subtle or more noticeable?
