Uncharted 3 vs. the world

Which games out there can compete with Uncharted 3 in the epic quest for Game of the Year 2011?

You know i am currently playing Uncharted 2 as you can see on my playcard. One thing that strikes me is how it blends platforming with shooting and hand to hand combat so seamlessly,something a powerhouse tech savy game like Crysis cant do tehe :shock:

Obviously none. Uncharted 3 will most likely be the best and most influential game ever created, pushing the boundaries of our medium in ways we never thought were possible. I wish more developers were like Naughty GOD. It seems like they're the only ones in the industry constantly making massive improvements upon their formula, despite being at the top of the ladder since Uncharted 1.

You can't compare a TPS/platformer to something on the scale with Crysis. Plus Crysis kicks UC2 in the ass as far as being good anyway.

Uncharted 3 will most likely win GOTY 2011. Uncharted 3 is probably the most anticipated game of the year and with the godly praise Uncharted 2 got, The high expectations are to the heavens for Uncharted 3.

The only games that could possibly compare would be Mass Effect 3...

Portal 2, the witcher 2, mass effct 2, rage, deaspace 2, crysis 2. Im betting on one of those. especially portal2 or the witcher 2.... or mass effect 2. uncharted is a fantastic franchise. FANTASTIC. but i dont know if it holds a candle to what ive seen from Portal 2 or the witcher 2.

i love the Uncharted series, but people have to quit this nonsense of it being the end all be all of video games. its great, but to be honest, the series has little replay value. please dont mention the multiplayer cause its crap. the only reason to replay the game is for trophies and if you dont give 2 craps about trophies, theres no reason to replay it.

Uncharted 2 won so many awards due to it's innovation across all aspects, innovation = suprisingly good game = many awards, Uncharted 3 cannot exceed those in any way and thus has no innovation = less acclaim.

I didnt usually answer questions about Uncharted 2 because i havent played it. But now that i have i think alota Hermits and Lemmings just like to dislike the game cause they know its that good:twisted:

The Uncharted 2 campaign was only around a paltry 10 hours, ME 2 had about 5X (more for me) the amount of content and gameplay, all while delivering an amazing and unforgettable game. Much more bang for your buck. ME3 will likewise be the same in comparison to UC3.

Agreed Mass Effect 3 would be awesome,i cant wait for it but it wont give you production values like Uncharted would so length is taken for a short BANG

No but honestly, people thought backn in 2009 ND would dissapoint with UC2 and that the addition of Multiplayer was the climax an for incomming diaster. Oh how wrong ya'll were
