Uncharted and GT5 are thebest looking console games but I hate fanboy threads like this just to rub it in ppls faces.

PS3 is hard to develope for. Numerous developers have stated it. Uncharted and the like having better graphics only proves that the PS3 is capable of better visuals.

I then ask you: So what? XBOX had better graphics than the PS2, and we all know how that turned out. Trying to say your console has better graphics as a main point, which it seems is all 'cows' try to do, is basically conceeding the the fact that the XBOX 360 is the better system.

True but they are upgradeable. I think they are specifically mentioning or intending to mention consoles.

so out of the 69 reviews that went towards it's gamerankings score, only two said it looks the best (you can't count that ign article, they're saying it looks like the best game of 2007, and games from previous years can't win that). yeah, that proves it :roll:

Yourargumentis flawed. They state that it has the best graphics for the PS3... not the best graphics on consoles. (look at IGN link for this fact.)

the general consensus? :lol: how could it be the general consensus when the majority of reviews don't even say it? wouldn't pretty much all of it's reviews be AAA then? it's only a consensus among cows. seriously, it's just colorful. it does not have the best graphics. if you can link me to 35 of the reviews recognized on gamerankings (the majority of reviews) saying it has the best graphics on consoles, then you'd actually have a case.

Again, i don't think it's that awesome but it's the general consensus

Uncharted's graphics are way over blown it as no AA and as bad screen-tearing....

GT5p as nice car models but the environments aren't that great, it also as no AA and as bad screen-tearing and the phisyics suck

Taking into account scale, detail and animation, GTA4 = console graphics king. It's not always about TEH SHINY. It's the same reason I considered Company of Heroes better-looking than Gears of War back in late 2006.
