Well here is my opinion...Uncharted has better graphics than Gears (as it should Gears is over one year old). However, Gears is still my favorite game graphically on a console because when it came out it really wowed me because their was nothing like it before (on consoles) and it really ushered in the next generation for me.

I would also like to note that I am getting UT3 in a week and a half and it appears to be better than both Gears and Uncharted. Also, all you people who are a fan of just one console you should really be happy that Uncharted looks as good as it does because it will only push other developers to new heights.

What are you talking about. Gears isn't longer and yes I know. I had to beat GeOw about 11 times because people kept bothering me to help them beat insane on XBL so yes I think I know how long Gears is. It can be beaten in less then 9 hours and Uncharted is a 8-10 hour game.

first play through Uncharted took 8 hours.

It doesn't really matter how many hours you beat Gears or Uncharted. What matters is the average reviewers have said and which is around the same for both games. Which is why I said Gears is not longer then Uncharted.

This thread is funny. First Crysis takes the cake (the cake is a lie) when it comes to graphics. And for those saying Gears of War. You better be talking the PC version, because the 360 does NOT look better than Uncharted.l-_-l

Ok is it just me or does anyone else hate how the characters look? I mean they look all plasticy and gah I just hate the way the way people are done. Other then that I think it looks good.

chill out cows, obviously the graphics dont make the game, the gameplay does. look at the crap that was lair and hs. hs didnt sell, because gameplay was average. i doubt uncharted is selling. gears did sell, because its actually a good game, not some 8.0 averagesauce.mtradr43
