Uncharted is the greatest game series of all time...

Uncharted is very clearly the greatest game series of all time. It is better than any other game series till date, and it is only four games old. Hermits may argue that Diablo or Half Life are better, sheep will keep on crying that nothing matches Zelda, and lemmings will cling to Halo because let's face it, that's all they have, but none of those series are as good as Uncharted.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortunelaunched in 2007, and managed to salvage an entire console that was failing at the time. It was praised for its innovative approach to storytelling fused with gameplay, and for its great characterization. It was the first title to show us what the PS3, the most powerful console of all time, can really do, and reviewers recognized it as such.

Uncharted 2: Among Thieveswas a legendary milestone. Its graphics were stunning, the storytelling and production values set new standards, the gameplay was polished and refined, the multiplayer set the pace for every other game to follow since then, and it won the most awards that any game has in history. No other game in history is as good as Uncharted 2 was, and it achieved this via a deft fusion of storytelling and gameplay.

Uncharted 3: Drake's Deceptionwas the great follow up to Uncharted 2, that thrilled and captivated gamers with its entrancing storyline. Gamers were on the edge of their seats as they played to see how it would all unfold, the and the cinematic interactibity of the game is unparelleled. The graphics, the multiplayer, dialog, the music, the gameplay, was all refined, and the game managed to top even Uncharted 2.

Uncharted: Golden Abyssis the greatest handheld game of all time. It somehow managed to bring the entire Uncharted experience to the palm of your hand. Until recently, I used to support Nintendo in the handheld market, and was pro 3DS, anti Vita, but playing Uncharted: Golden Abyss on my new Vita changed my mind. The Vita is great, it's the best handheld ever, and Golden Abyss is the best handheld game ever.

TL;DR:Uncharted is the greatest game series ever, and there is nothing you can do about it. Cry moar, but if you want real gaming, switch to Playstation.

I wasn't entanced, thrilled or captivated by its storyline (you'd need to enjoy pretty terrible stories to like UC3's plot), nor was I on the edge of my seat, nor do I think UC3 topped Uncharted 2. Facts disproven.

MGS 2 and 3 do, but Uncharted 2 is easily a better game than MGS4.

I disagree, I found far more enjoyment in MGS4 than Uncharted 2 - despite the endurance-testing cut-scenes.

Uncharted 2 was better than Uncharted 1 (which I thought was quite a disappointment)..but the gunplay and the enemies are bloody awful. Nice graphics though..
