Using Multiplatform Games as a way of saying The XBOX 360...

...Is more powerful than the PS3 is stupid and wrong. Especially when it's been confirmed the PS3 is the most powerful console on the market(ever).

Too many things are different with developing for two maybe porting when it comes to multiplatform games. The fact that the PS3 was released a year later and devs got their dev kits later than the XBOX 360 changes things. The difference in multiplat games is basicailly nonexistant now with games like AC and CoD4 where the PS3 version looks slightly better in some areas. It takes time. And you go to games like Dirt and Oblivion from a few months back and they look better on the PS3.

But most of the time it's the exclusives that show power and I like how lemmings don't acknowledge that Heavenly Sword, Ratchet and Clank, and Uncharted are better looking than any XBOX 360 exclusive. Even Lair looks better than nearly all the xbox 360's lineup. They just like to bring up small details in multiplatform games, which is stupid. This is only a year into the PS3's hardware, we've been in the XBOX 360's for two and the PS3 has still came out on top.

I searched for confirmation, I shall leave disappointed. Wow, games with more dev time look marginally better on the PS3? That's amazing! Do you remember when the xbox came and and immediately showed its superior hardware? Yeah, me too. There is only a small difference in the hardware this gen, and neither you nor I knows which will have the better looking games. Although I'm sure if you respond to this you'll lie and say you do.

Its a fact that the gpu in the xbox is better then the one in the PS3 as much as it is a fact that the Cell is stronger then the xbox's CPU.. Im not saying it is actully confirmed.. Just that both those things are known too be equally true..

Well.. everybody also happens too know that GPU is more important when making graphics.. So which console is more powerful? I don't know.. Maybe we will find out by comparing the graphics? Well that is the best we can do for now.. And well even that won't tell the truth until the end of this gen, then we will see which one has the most power.

Yeah, it looks great (sounds great too). But it plays like garbage. And that is much more important to games than looks are.

If I really cared about graphics, I would get the machine that Sony and Microsoft are trying to be.
