No ! to be honest Halo3 multiplayer is better because I don't get lag. In UT3 I get lag left and right. If there was no lagging then yes I would say that

Halo 3 didn't flop because of multiplayer. I have both consoles my friend. UT3's graphic are 10000 times better than Gears of war and Halo 3. Stop arguing. You have to see the game to be amazedHydrolex

if you are talking about the PC version u have a really bad comp/dialup internet

this game does not lag

Agreed. UT3 is really fast paced and i prefer that, when you go back and play Halo it is like playing in slow motion.

UT3 owns Halo in all ways. It's a Multiplayer based game, how did you give the nod to Halo 3 in the muliplayer category? I'm playing in now on PS3, it's so unbelieveable :D.

It's always been a multiplayer based game so you really can't say that it won't be anything without multiplayer. If that were the case it would not be a game at all.

Look, some people are going to like the pacing of UT3 and some people are going to like the pacing of Halo 3 better.

Neither have an innate superiority over the other.

Faster paced gameplay doesn't necessarily make a game better, nor does it necessarily require more skill.

Slower paced gameplay doesn't necessarily mean dumbed-down.

Fast, chaotic, twitch gameplay is not necessarily better than slow, tactical gameplay.

Slow, tactical gameplay is nt necessarily better than fast, chaotic, twitch gameplay.

It's all preference. (And at any rate, Halo isn't exactly the slowest game either.)

Both can get very intense.

You guys have just made it harder for me to decide on the purchase of UT3, can someone who owns both of the game and tell me which one is better? I'll be so sorry if I found out myself wasting $60 on a game that I don't like...

UT3 and Halo3 are different types of shooter and focus on different parts of the FPS experience. UT3 is more an over the top multiplayer experience where as Halo 3 is a mixture of single and multiplayer.
