Probably true for Ubisoft games though. I myself avoid all of their games on the PC.

And yet, Ubisoft earned more money from PC than from 900pStation and PC games will continue to sell while same can't be said about games on plastic toys. Someone should tell Scotty that revenue = expense + net income. Ubisoft has to pay both the royalties and for the marketing for dumb consoLOLites. :D

And yes, I agree Witcher 3 on PS4 will out sell the PC version just like Witcher 2 did on 360.......oh wait!

Very true. A large amount of users doesn't amount to much if they aren't purchasing games.

PC gamers are notorious for not supporting developers; as such, Publishers ignore them.

More revenue or not, consoles sell far more multiplats than PC despite those steam user numbers only for the first couple of weeks.

Okay I'll bite. Yes Multiplats do sell more on consoles. They are usually catered to console gaming for starters. Watered down game play wise. Also consoles like the ps4 only have like 10-14 true titles (1st party and multiplats) so I would hope with that little of an inventory they would sell well.

PC on the other hand has dozens of budget and high budget games released weekly at better prices. 125 million users are buying games from a library of over 4500 games on Steam, while your PS4 has like 3 titles total worth having so yeah those 3-4 titles will sell in the millions.

Also if you are a PC gamer using Ubisoft is a terrible example because the PC gaming community hates them. We can't stand Uplay and the buggy mess they release. Far Cry 3 was by far there best PC game in years. We pretty much hater everything else they put out.

Witcher series does sell more on PC as it has over 5 million copies sold on it. However it might sell more on ps4 this go round because Sony can't release a game on time or a good one and console gamers will have nothing else to buy.

Also if you really want to brag out the PS4 or Sony in general then Nintendo absolutely shits on Sony as far as software sells go.

The FACT is PC digital sales numbers are not shown on VG chartz all those numbers you posted are from boxed copies no matter how hard you cry it wont stop being true,so you have yet to prove anything.

Steam never release digital sales numbers either and they are not even the whole market but the largest part.

WRONG! Global PC sales and revenue passed up consoles in early 2014. In 2014 total console video game market revenue which included Wii, Xbox 360, Xbox One, PS3, PS4, and Wii U was 49,375 (millions) and the PC was 20,015 (millions). So one system, the PC out paced any single on console by a huge margin in revenue and sales. PC sales more total software by a large margin. The PC industry has exploded since 2012. You are still living in the 90s man.

Here is a personal example. I'd wager my Steam library (75 games) is pathetic to half of steam users. I alone bought over 20-25 games last year a lone on PC. I'm just one guy. I don't think Sony or Xbox users buy that many software titles a year (hell no way they do as that many games don't even release).

Its like watching a Jelly fish try to walk on land... :-/

Yeah, that's why Dark Souls on PC sold more than both consoles combine. That's why Skyrim total life sales on PC surpassed both console sales and that is also a reason why BF3 sold more on PC than both consoles combined. For BF3 I saw this number back in 2012 o it must have been grown larger. These are only some of the games I come to know while reading threads on SW. I'm sure there could be many more.

For proof wait for some time. I'm sure someone will bring up proof in due time. Don't ask me for proof I don't have any. Never cared about sales.
